The Holy Spirit: do you have it?

Dear readers,

Please consider the question contained in the title of this article very seriously.

For this question is not between you and me, it is really a matter between Hashem and you.

Have you received His Holy Spirit? Did you really receive it?

The reason why I am insisting so much on this point is that I have been fooling myself over 20 years, thinking that I “had accepted Yeshua as my Lord and Savior”. During this period, I also thought that I had been given the Holy Spirit. I even spoke in tongues.

So how is this possible?

Actually, after having a REAL ENCOUNTER with Yeshua, I understood that I had confused my will to know Him and my interest in the historical Yeshua as well with having a true relationship with our Lord and knowing Him as a personal friend.

What about the speaking in tongues? Isn’t that supposed to be a clear sign of the Holy Spirit’s presence? My friends, I don’t want to scare you, but even the enemy can counterfeit speaking in tongues. By the way, did you know that New Agers also speak about the Holy Spirit-in a distorted way?

How do I know that I am saved?

John 1:12

“But to all who did receive Him, He gave the right to become children of God.”

It is very important that you do not live in an illusion regarding your Salvation; it could lead you to hell.

I know that I am saved because Yeshua encountered my path in July 2014. After I repented of my sins, Yeshua clearly asked me if I wanted to accept Him as my Lord and Savior.

While our Lord encounters people’s paths and reveals Himself in very different ways ( because He knows us intimately), the steps that lead you to Salvation are ALWAYS the same. It doesn’t matter if you are a beggar or a king, you shall:

-repent of your sins

-accept Yeshua our Messiah as your Lord and Savior

For those of you who doubt that you must be saved by Yeshua only, the verse of Acts 4:12 will dismiss any kind of doubt:

“And there is Salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under Heaven given among men by which we must be saved.”

Yeshua our Messiah is the key to Heaven. When you will accept Him as your personal friend, He will give you His Holy Spirit.  I can tell you that I noticed the difference. When Yeshua came to live within me forever, I sensed that He was available all the time, 24/7. I called Him and He answered!

How do I know that I actually have the Holy Spirit dwelling in me?

There is one common point that all the people ( regardless of their denominations and situations)

who received the Holy Spirit do have: LOVE.

“By this all will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:35

So if you keep your old gossiping ways and are still mean with your neighbor, as usual, there are great chances you are luring yourself about having the Holy Spirit at all.

Not only will the Holy Spirit teach you all things, it will also maintain you into Yeshua’s love.

If you want to know if the Spirit is dwelling within you, check your fruits.

“By their fruit you will know them. Do they gather grapes from thorns or figs from thistles?” Matthew 7:16

The same criteria you are using for yourself can be applied for anybody that encounters your path.

What assemblies and Scriptures won’t do for you

John 5:39

“You study the Scriptures in detail because you think you have the source of eternal life in them.

These Scriptures testify on my behalf.”

If you are still very judgmental, there are great chances you never repented at all.

Let me show you a recent example of something that happened to me.

When I am confronted with people who are advocating quantities of rituals and hours of Scriptures studies, i usually tell them all (regardless of their beliefs or confession): if you spend so much time into meaningless rituals and force yourself into Bible studies, you might really miss the most important: KNOWING YESHUA AS A PERSON.

I had a few persons reacting very angrily to my comment who went as far as doubting my Salvation and who pretented that I was sending people to hell by making this truthful statement.

Dear friends who are throwing abundant biblical verses at me in order to slate me, don’t you know that I can challenge you with ” It is also written…”, as my Lord and Savior did it in the desert?

The portions of Scriptures you are throwing at me are dead. They have no power without the help of the Holy Spirit.

I too have spent complete years imposing myself great portions of Scriptures and hours of prayers, yet my life remained unchanged, because I did not have the Holy Spirit.

Today I am reading small portions of the Bible that the Holy Spirit enlightens for me- and my life has changed tremendously. Yeshua helped me better myself.

Allow me, while I am at it, to go straight to the point that hurts.

The very truth is that people are indeed afraid to face Yeshua personally. Hiding behind a verse or an assembly is much more comfortable than looking into Yeshua’s eyes.

The Truth will mirror your own soul with your own imperfections. Meeting Yeshua personally, receiving His Spirit is accepting to see who you are and, believe me, it is very humbling.

So, to the people who think that Yeshua would approach me very close and let me “walk in lawlessness”, you are very wrong to make such assumptions.

When Yeshua approaches you very close as He did it for me, you are undergoing a process of purification. Getting into discipleship implies that you are going to sacrifice parts of your life for the love of Yeshua. It also implies that you will obey His commandments and keep walking in humbleness.

There is no boasting in the Holy Spirit.  Receiving the Holy Spirit is a daily walk in humility, sharing the Good News with the world and doing His will by any means.

May the Spirit of Truth be with you and guide you, always. In Yeshua’s Name, Amen.

Visibility of the Shekinah, cloud of glory (from “Heart of a Savior”)

“Then the glory of the Lord rose from above the cherubim and moved to the threshold of the temple. The cloud filled the temple, and the court was full of the radiance of the glory of the Lord”

Ezekiel 10:4

snir river

Dear readers, I have no idea how these words came together within two days…all i know is that Yeshua directed my feather. We spoke about the Shekinah, landscapes of Galilee, discipleship and Holy Spirit and here I am sharing our conversation with you. May you be blessed in abundance:)

“My sweet child, there is much more to experience for the committed heart than most people actually think. Most humans reduce me to their limited dimension, because they really fear approaching me.

I told you that I appeared to you as a simple man, because I perfectly knew that you were able to bear this vision.

Child, you must know that discipleship is a gradual learning process. As you will advance with me, your sight will be opened to much more.

All I require from you is a total trust.

I came close to you because your heart I can read like a transparent river.

You do possess attributes that are needed to be a committed disciple. You are not even conscious of some of them.

Our friendship is meant to grow and I will show you much more.

I’ll invite you to the desert and I’ll wrap you into the light of my Glory.

Seeing more of me will allow you to use more compassion towards individuals.”

“Will I be able to take it, my Yeshua?”

“Child, you will be prepared. The first step is to feel comfortable in the desert. When I am speaking of the desert, I mean, of course, a chosen loneliness with me. Not anybody is able to receive this teaching, because the great majority will reject the state of loneliness in dismay.

However, let me remind you of the words of Isaiah 41:10

“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”

Not everybody is meant to experience this with me; not everybody has the strength to become detached.

My voice becomes audible in a perfect silence; this silence must emanate from both, the inside and the outside. One individual must be willing to listen.

Why do you think that the Shema is Israel’s main statement of faith? Listening, without speaking. Hearing the words that I am pouring abundantly from my heart into your heart, so they can flow like a river of life are the foundations to a strengthened faith.

I don’t blame people, though. The contemporary world leaves less space for introspection. The enemy uses technology to get people out of reality.

I had to intervene for you from the cyber space you were living in. You know it is true, my daughter. I used the internet to reach out to you.

Your Lord is able to overcome any man-made barrier. Trust me, child, for you are meant to be taken to higher realms.

I want you to know me, Yeshua, as a person.

Tell people to seek me more and to retire from dogmas and theories.

Tell them to amend their hearts and to cry out to me.

Have I ever refused to respond to anybody who was seeking me earnestly?

To the mocker I will give an ironic response.

You will find some sarcastic and corrupt souls on your way. Just ignore them and go to the thirsty ones to testify about me.”

“I will retire to the depths of my quiet soul and listen to your voice, my sweet Lord. I will open up more to your presence. Take me where I am meant to be, oh my pure heart…”

“Now let me reveal you something, child. Man was conceived to live out a wonderful romance with the Creator. Each of you, each single human being’s life purpose is to ascend the high dimensions of my love before they love a partner or a friend.

So many people react by fear when confronted with the depths of my love, because they suddenly glance at something that surpasses their understanding completely. This is how so many will run to other men rather than staying in my presence. I know, child, what you are thinking. I know you think that my presence is really the best they could ever get and you are right about it.

But put yourself in their skin: I represent the part of unknown they are scared about and the mirror that will expose their awful sins. They do fear my judgment. They are less scared to wear a mask in front of their fellows.

You will find so many people who pretend to love me, but who would die if I touched their shoulder like I touched yours, so many times. They will speak good about me, they’ll quote Scriptures, for sure they will, but in total avoidance of my person.

You wanted to approach me and I let you approach me, my daughter, because you identified the human part in me. You too would have run away from the very divine manifestation of my being.

Therefore, I am preparing you to be able to face what you’ll see.

The purity in divine love is sharp as a sword and if you walk towards it unprepared it can tear you to pieces.

Man must be willing to undergo the process of purification, even after being saved. One must learn how to ascend the mountain. This is what you are being shown, very slowly, so you’ll be able to access the greatness of my dimension.

Child, I increased your love for me. How do you feel about it?”

“Oh Lord my love, I feel like being on a cloud. I am bathed in your light. How could I describe the proximity with you that I am experiencing?

Your hands are holding me from the inside, and your presence is like a soft breeze into my soul. I am ascending to unknown heights.’

“You are being allowed into a higher sphere because now you trust me more. As your trust will be growing, your knowledge will grow accordingly.”

galileee 87

“Lord, my sight opens up to the dark mountains and the yellow meadows of Galilee. I glance at this landscape that evokes freedom in my mind. I am breathing you in and out in this wonderful space that I am embracing with my soul. Your visions are reconnecting me with nature, my beloved.”

“Child, I am transporting you where you belong. These places where you are taken to in Spirit are very real, as you probably noticed it.

Come and walk with me. As you advance on this path of raw nature, there are just the two of us. Now let your heart speak, child…”

“I raise my hands up to the sky, Adonai, my love, take me to the mountain.”

“I knew you’d chose your Lord’s highest heights. I’ll take you there. Be patient. When all barriers of fear will have fallen, you’ll ascend much higher.

The Holy Spirit will envelop you and you’ll taste the freshness of the morning dew. Child, we are One, don’t you know?

You are still acting as if we were separated. I, the Source of all life, do live within you. Cherished are you, my beloved child, and blessed. I’ll explained it to you, so many times, but you need to get more acquainted with the works of the Holy Spirit. Child, you are saved, and since you are saved, I am not external to you anymore. Call me from within. Your body is the place of residence of the Holy Spirit, my daughter. As long as your heart is close to mine and you are keeping my Command, you will sense a strong presence of the Spirit at all times.

There is so much more for you to experience on your path to true discipleship. Oh child, wait until you perceive more. Your soul will stand in awe.

You are ascending, but your ascent needs to be slow and measured, in accordance with the wisdom of the Holy Spirit.

My daughter, you will come much closer to me. Therefore, you need to immerse yourself into the depth of silence-a silence most people are unable to take. Your inner being needs to leave place to the Holy Spirit, so your sight will be opened little by little. Thirsty you are, come drink freely and abundantly-then speak and share what you’ve seen and received.

Hearts will be changed and touched if you proceed after my instructions.”

True understanding comes from the Holy Spirit

«Not by power, nor by might, but by my Spirit, says the Lord Almighty. » (Zachariah 4:6)

«Then Yeshua said to them, «How foolish you are, how slow you are to believe everything the prophets said! Was it not necessary for the Messiah to suffer these things and then to enter his glory? And Yeshua explained to them what was said about himself in all the Scriptures, beginning with the books of Moses and the writings of all the prophets.» (Luke 24:25-27)

« My sweet Lord, I noticed that you introduced me into a new habit of studying your Word. »

« Yes, my child, I want you to bathe deeply into the themes you are writing about. Knowledge isn’t everything. One must receive a clear sight thanks to the Holy Spirit.

Most people write and deliver insights about biblical texts from their intellect. This is why many articles you are reading appear so lifeless. How could a dry tree bear fruit ? Using your brain is, of course, necessary, but real clarity always originates from the Holy Spirit.

This is the reason why so many scholars are rigid and unkind : they don’t understand that they must humble themselves before me prior any biblical study. I give spiritual knowledge. Because they are « Middle-East experts », or because they did some fine research, some people think they know everything. As long as one boasts with arrogance (regardless of their denomination), he is just fooling himself.

You are talking about me, Yeshua, the Other, the One you don’t know at all- and you don’t even bother to ask me about the significance of my own words!

You do not believe that I am alive; otherwise you ‘d seek me and ask me before you come up with meaningless theories about me!

The proud will be humiliated and the humble will be elevated. This is a spiritual law. How can these people pretend to be mine when they are reluctant to work with the Holy Spirit ?

Let me tell you, proud scholars: you do not know me and my Spirit does not reside inside of you. Your hearts are corrupt and so are your writings. Ironically, you are pointing at 1st Century Pharisees, and you are 100 times worse than the ones you are slating.

I will remunerate each and everyone after their hearts. Do not be scared of humans, fear me. I have the power to scan your inside ; nothing escapes me. I created you, why don’t you fear me?»

«Oh Lord, I confess my ignorance before you. For stories that I have heard hundred times, new meanings arise with the help of your Holy Spirit. Teach me and I will listen.»

«Child, as you know, the Holy Spirit is giving life to the Scriptures.

Think of the disciples of Emmaüs-reflect on how their hearts were warming up when I explained them Scriptures.

You know my daughter, too many people are speaking of me. Some of them are using my Name to hate and to destroy. A lot of people are hiding their own iniquities by joining an assembly. They wrongly think that their regular attendance will protect them from my anger.

They appear as rightful in front of their leaders, but their hearts are very corrupt and greedy. They are following the customs of the world.

The time is approaching when everybody will be rewarded after the content of their hearts. My Day will break out very surprisingly. Be ready and exhort others to be ready. »

« Lord, please have mercy. Please bring Salvation to the ones who still can be saved. »

« There are still souls that will access Salvation despite the father of perdition’s efforts to corrupt most people.

Woe unto all these mighty people who corrupt the souls of little children, calling good « evil » and evil « good. »

None of them will be left unpunished. If people knew how terrible it is to stand before me when I come for judgment, they’d accept my scarifice and let me into their hearts.

Child, since I entered your heart, did you notice how I changed you ?

I am mending your heart, I am restoring your spirit with my light. I am also changing your perspective. I invested you with a great mission. People will be attracted to your message. Trust my Spirit that is leading you.

Never boast about this, my daughter. I confer strength and I am making people weak.

Beware, sect leaders and false teachers : who is going to protect you from my anger ? All your pride will fall. When the curtain closes and your comedy is over, you will understand how vain you were. But it will be too late for you worshippers of the devil. All of your harsh, merciless spirits, you’ll get what you deserve. I can see corrupt hearts who do not wish to give up their ways. There is no repentance. I keep warning the world that has no idea about the events to come. Pharaoh didn’t want to listen either, back in the days, and you know what happened to him. »

The role of the prophets in the Bible

                                                  The calling of Samuel

God uses His servants in different ways. Throughout the whole Scriptures we will find different prophet figures who played an important role all over the centuries.

What is a prophet? A prophet is a set apart, chosen servant that Hashem uses specifically to foretell things that are to come or to call people to repentance.

As a child, I was very much influenced by movies about Moses. I was impressed with his role, and I remember telling my father: “he’s so lucky to have been a prophet…I too would like to be a prophet.”

My father explained to me that most prophets were doing their job unwillingly and that it was a very difficult task.

Our Lord has set me apart and anointed me, yet He didn’t make me a prophet (although He gave me a few prophetic visions), He made me a disciple and asked me not to add to my title, which is something I do respect at all times.

So what is the difference between a normal servant, a priest or a prophet?

The role of a prophet

The prophet/ prophetess is the Eternal’s voice to a multitude. Hashem can speak through him or her through visions, paraboles, signs and miracles. The prophet’s own life can be symbolic for the message God wants to spread to His people.

The prophet sometimes has to make very unpleasant statements. Usually, a prophet is not very popular. Many prophets in the Bible were persecuted and murdered for telling Hashem’s truth.

Enoch is less spoken about, but he is one of the first prophets mentioned in the Book of Genesis.

“Enoch lived sixty five years, and became the father of Methuselah. Then Enoch walked with God three hundred years after he became the father of Methuselah, and he had other sons and daughters. So all the days of Enoch were three hundred and fifty-five years. Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him. (Genesis 5:21-24)

Enoch must have had a special place in God’s heart, because after sin was introduced into the garden of Eden, Enoch did not know the decay of physical death. He was directly taken to Hashem.

Enoch is mentioned again in the epistle of Jude, where his prophetic mission is clearly defined:

“It was also about these men that Enoch, in the seventh generation from Adam, pophesied, saying: “Behold, the Lord came with many thousands of His holy ones, to execute judgment upon all, and to convict all the ungodly of all their ungodly deeds which they have done in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him” (Jude 14-15)

Many servants who walked with God are being called prophets.

In Genesis 20:7, Hashem reveals Abimelech that Abraham is a prophet.

There are too many prophets that are mentioned in the Bible to go through all of them individually, but let us examine the criteria of biblical prophecy.

Biblical prophecy: what makes a prophet?

Chosen since the beginning, set apart and anointed, the prophet is an inspired man. The Spirit of God resides within him.

The Bible is very clear about who is a real prophet.

Deuteronomy 18, verses 21 and 22, offer us a clear teaching about prophecy: ” You may say in your heart, “how will we know the word which the Lord has not spoken? When a prophet speaks in the Name of the Lord, if the thing does not come about or come true, that is the thing which the Lord has not spoken. The prophet has spoken it presumptuously; you shall not be afraid of him.”

Usually, the Lord reveals Himself in visions and dreams. However, Moshe (Moses) was privileged, because he encountered Hashem panim el panim (face to face).

“When there is a prophet among you, I, the Lord reveal myself to them in visions, I speak to them in dreams. But this is not true of my servant Moses; he is faithful in all my house. With him I speak face to face, clearly and not in riddles, he sees the form of the Lord. Why then are you not afraid to speak against my servant Moses?” (Numbers 12:6-8)

One very important criteria is the accuracy of the prophecy:

“When all this comes true-and it surely will-then they will know that a prophet has been among them.” Ezechiel 33.33

“As for the prophet who prophesies peace, when the word of that prophet will come to pass, then shall the prophet be known, that the Lord has truly sent him.” Jeremiah 28.9

Note that the prophet has to be a 100% correct. Otherwise, he’ll be dismissed as a fraud. The Scriptures are very clear about it. So do not let anybody who comes up with the pompous title of “prophet” fool you. Is a real prophet the one who has been designed by our Lord. One cannot improvise him as a prophet.

The calling of Samuel gives us the example of a true calling from Hashem.

In the beginning, Samuel has to learn how to recognize our Lord’s voice.

Without being a prophet, I had this amazing experience of hearing Yeshua’s voice in a very audible way. When this happens at first, it is always a very surprising experience, but as our Lord repeated His calling, I became able to recognize His voice and to react to it immediately when He was speaking to me.

But  Samuel’s calling ends with an unpleasant, prophetic message that the young boy is supposed to deliver to the priest Eli.

Yeshua our Lord Himself is defined as the “prophet like Moses”, announced by Moses in the Torah.

You will also recognize a true prophet by his humbleness and his will do our Lord’s will, should he lose his life.

In conclusion, there are many pretenders, but not anybody can be a prophet for they are chosen, set apart and anointed for their very specific missions God has prepared for them.

Speeding up the work of the Spirit( from Heart of a Savior)

Who has ascended up into heaven, or descended? who has gathered the wind in his fists? who has bound the waters in a garment? who has established all the ends of the earth? what is his name, and what is his son’s name, if you can tell? (Proverbs 30:4)

fig tree.jpg

« My daughter, time is counted. The work of the Holy Spirit will be accelerated for all nations and especially Israel, to hear the Good News.

Many orthodox rabbis will step up as enemies of the Truth.

My child, you must understand that if the simple Israeli sometimes has no clue about me being the Messiah, a lot of rabbis do know and are unwilling to state the truth for two main reasons : they don’t want corporate Christianity to take over and they are afraid of losing all they have by confessing my Name. The situation is very complex. Some rabbis also secretly believe in me, talk to me in their four walls at night, but they’d rather die than admit to being disciples. Yet let me tell you, my child, the Holy Spirit is going to break all boundaries and you are going to witness massive conversions. My Name will make big headlines-not in the way it already happened in Israek. This time it is going to be HUGE. My Name will be on most mouths and eyes will be opened.

In addition, archeologists are going to excavate proofs that will confirm the truth I’ve spoken in the 1st Century.

Israel is going to return to me.

So my dear children, you are invested with a mission : spread my word as much as possible ; reach out to the greatest number of people.

Your king will reward you. Have courage, dear children, for I am coming soon.

As much as you will see evl forces, you will see a new wind blow. The Holy Spirit’s word is unstoppable. Rejoice for great Salvation is on its way to Israel.

The wells of Isaac

Genesis chapter 26 contains an important spiritual teaching about Isaac walking with God.

First and foremost we are being taught about the importance of water and wells. Especially in Middle Eastern countries, water is one of the most precious gifts one could get.

Digging wells will ensure your survival, the survival of your family, but also the growth of the farmer’s seeds and thus, nourishment for everybody.

The symbolic of Isaac’s wells

The story of the wells of Isaac has a much broader meaning than one could actually think. Not only are the wells a symbol of wealth and prosperity, but spiritually speaking they are a symbol of Salvation.

The Book of Isaiah states: “With joy you will draw water from the wells of Salvation”.

Water is also one of the elements that symbolize the Holy Spirit, that is sometimes called “Liquid Spirit”. Concretely, the Holy Spirit’s presence feels like refreshing water to the thirsty soul.

in the Gospel of John (7.38), Yeshua promises us the “river of living water”.

“He who believes in me as the Scripture has said, out of his heart will flow the river of living water.”

The first well Isaac is living nearby is called Laha Roi which has the meaning in Hebrew of the well of the Living Seeing One.

Laha Roi is certainly the starting point of Isaac’s vision of life. (Genesis 25:11)

Hashem’s plans in Isaac’s life

Genesis 26 reports about a time of famine in Beersheva during which Hashem requests from Isaac to stay in the land of the Philistines, in Gerar, instead of moving towards Egypt, with  a promise of guidance and blessings.

Let us point out that Isaac’s obedience to Hashem is mandatory to be blessed.

True followers of our Messiah are supposed to be obedient, not as slaves would obey a despotic master, though, but because we know that our Lord’s purpose is ALWAYS for our highest good. His plan is perfect.

Therefore we should never take a move to another place lightly. A Jewish friend told me, years ago: ” a person who changes her place of residence changes her destiny”, which is right.

Obedience requires faith.

Isaac could have reacted by fear to the famine conditions, but he trusted that Hashem would provide. It is so much important to walk by faith and not by sight.

Isaac’s faith was rewarded greatly.

“And Isaac sowed in that land and reaped in the same year a hundredfold. The Lord blessed him, and the man became rich, and gained more and more until he became very wealthy.(Genesis 26: 12-13)

Psalm 23:5 states: “you anoint my head and my cup overflows”.

Whom the Lord truly blesses, He grants prosperity.

Isaac’s difficulties-enlarging life’s vision

Hashem was with Isaac despite the opposition and the disputes he encountered on his path. Success makes people envious. Two of Isaac’s wells are named after these disputes Esek (quarrel) and Sitna (enemy).

Fortunately, God kept guiding Isaac and he eventually found a place of peace, where disputes were absent. Isaac named his well Rehoboth.

“He moved on from there and dug another well, and no one quarreled over it. He named it Rehoboth, saying, “Now the Lord has given us room and we will flourish in the land.”(Genesis 26:22)

Rehobot was a broad and fruitful place. Nobody opposed prosperity and even his enemies are seeking peace.

Renewed Covenant, theophany and worship in Beersheva

Interestingly, when Isaac comes back to Beersheva, he has a personal face to face encounter with the Lord.

“The Lord appeared to him the same night and said, “I am the God of your father Abraham. Do not fear, for I am with you. I will bless you, and multiply your descendants. For the sake of my servant Abraham.” Genesis 26:24

Hashem renews Abraham’s Covenant with Isaac.

Isaac starts worshipping the Saint of Israel and starts calling upon His Name. It is no coincidence that the last well mentioned is called Shiba, oath.

It is very important that the true follower of our Messiah worships Hashem in truth and Spirit. Any true follower who is determined to do our Lord’s will, will also experience the manifestations of His presence, because it is a biblical promise.

“Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.” John 14:21
